Lauder’s Chinese track recently had the privilege of interviewing world-renowned director Ang Lee, who has directed such diverse films as Life of Pi, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, and Brokeback Mountain. In their interview, which was conducted in Mandarin but translated in the Knowledge@Wharton article available here, the students had the rare opportunity to talk to Ang Lee about his journey, the role of culture in this work, and the impact of his internationally acclaimed films.

To learn more about this incredible experience also visit the Chinese track’s blog on their discussion with Ang Lee and read the translated interview here.
